Here is the biggest buck so far (if you open with paint and zoom in you can see it better):

it's either a pine martin, or a fisher.

I'm pretty positive it's a fisher?? Anyone know, for sure??

Definitely a Fisher!! Way to big for a Pine Martin.

Damn them cubs are big, does she have 3 of them? She don't even look like a sow head wise.

    Great pics!!!

I saw It one time, back In 1996. 2 blacks and a chocolate.

2 years ago In the 1st week of August one of the dairy farms up where my dad lives had a bunch of crop damage to his corn field. The game warden Issued him a couple of permits to shoot the bear. I sat with a guy that evening on the edge of that corn field. We saw 30 bear I believe It was. The one sow had 4 cubs, I couldn't believe what my eye's were seeing. That sow I'd bet was pushing 500 pounds dressed, biggest bear I've ever saw In the woods by a long shot. The guy I was with ended up shooting 2 bear that evening, both were 10 yard shots while we were on the ground. It was very exciting being on the ground that close to them. He shot them with a rifle of some sort. There's hardly any corn fields where I hunt or where this corn field Is, every year they catch hell from the bear right before the ears start to harden.

Great pics. A lot of variety in there.

That buck looks great. He's enough to get you going to the stand on those days you are dragging.
