When one receives fantastic customer service, notice should be made and props given.

This brings me to EZE Eye Archery Products.

I have an EZE Eye laser tuner and while using it, pretty hard the light started dimming so I assumed I left it on and the batteries were low so I ordered new batteries.

This wasn't the issue as that didn't fix the problem. So then I thought it was in the switch and I screwed it on tight and I screwed it on loose and it didn't see to help.

Upon taking out the batteries I noticed the little electric component was loose from the laser fob. Okay, well that's the issue so I emailed EZE Eye and with a prompt response they asked me if I could send it in for evaluation. So to their request I sent it in. I then received a prompt phone call that they will be replacing the unit and that I should not tighten the switch head down too hard.

Well today I open my mailbox and I have a brand new EZE Eye. Now that is customer service.

The new one, new batteries and all will be put to very good use.

Many appreications go out to Nick at EZE EYE. Thank you for incredible customer service.

Good to know that some folks still care about the little guys. I need a good laser tuner, among other things, i'll be giving these a look!

Al, these things are great. I have been able to use Rob's enough times to be convinced that if he didn't live 10 minutes away, I'd be ordering one straight away.

    LOL Al,

but in his defense, he brings parts, serving etc to expand Poorguy's Archery. :deer:

Like tonight for instance, he's bringing me a dozen wings so I'll tinker with a Marquis and his 101'st.

Lol, I don't live 10 minutes away, so I may eventually get around to getting one of these. I've seen one work first hand, and they're impressive. According to many on AT, they're just another useless gadget, though.
