Last year I tore my bicep and was not able to retrieve my tether, Kong Duck, and tree sticks out of the tree that I had intended on using the next day. They've been out since last season. I can change out the tether and tree stick ropes, but I am questioning the reliability of the Kong Duck being exposed to the environment for so long. Should I replace it?

Could test it out at ground level and see if it still operates like normal. But probably best to just buy a new one. Especially if using for life support.

Appreciate the suggestion. For $80 its a cheap piece of mind.
