You know what I find funny and sad? Your entire post under a quote from me. Where you go on a stint about " FAKE NEWS" this and that and no where ever did I say that the CNN article was "Fake" news. What I clearly said was it stated a # of times it was not varified. Now I don't know if you have a political bias you could not over come ,or you if you need to look up the difference between" Fake " news and unverified news. One will NEVER BE actual "news" The other isn't news unless verified, so shouldn't be printed until then. BTW the latter use to be journalistic standard.
kind of like "one man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist." Of course we deceive and manipulate. And while I am not naive enough to think there's not a lot of completely maniacal people at the upper levels of our government; I still say no country in the history of the world has done more for the betterment of mankind than the USA. That does not necessarily mean the ends justify the means. But you also don't bring a pillow to a knifefight that you didn't want to start in the first place. You bring a big effing gun. We still kind of have to play by the rules; otherwise (at least historically) you could go to jail; or at least get voted out.
Okie what the hell is wrong with you. You make me sick with your logic and listening to both sides to make a opinion. If you can't pick a side and argue for it then you can kiss my orange lovinass. No one ever succeeded in life without blindly following one side or the other. Political leaders ALL only have our prosperity in mind. Rightside of the isle takes care of their people and Left does for theirs. But I ask you WHO looks out for the hero's that write our laws and sacrifice their lives to represent us. We all need to thank our elected officials for helping us, teaching us and protecting us.
Lobbyists, that's who takes care of them well that and they keep giving themselves pay raises, I think it was the dems turn to initiate it this time.. lol. But dang it Fix, you're right. I'll put my blinders on and get back to towing the line.
And that's a loaded question.. but if I may.. 1976 and nothing has really changed. 2020 and it might as well be 1984.
