Has anybody tested the Nap Killzone against ground blind shoot threw windows.
Hope to get my blind set in a hedge row this weekend shot should be 30 yrds or under but due to how exposed the blind will be I feel I'd be best concealed if I leave the window screens up.

As a general rule, I only would shoot fixed blade through that mesh.

same here, It doesnt take much for those broadheads to open up and ruin a shot. Id stick with a fixed blade.

Shooting a mechanical broadhead through mesh is not recommended. The head will open and will not perform as needed. You risk wounding an animal or maybe a buck of a lifetime. Shoot a fixed blade if you are going to shoot through mesh. Or get a groundblind with a dark interior, drop the mesh and shoot whatever mechanical broadhead you choose.

SharpEyeSam, how much will the mesh affect accuracy when using fixed blade broadheads?

Before switching to fixed broad heads set up the blind at home and take a few practice shots with your killzones and see what happens.

Why take the risk? Wear black inside the blind in sit as far back as you can and brush the blind in really well and you'll be fine. Wear face paint or a mask too. My $.02 worth.

Solid advice JGD and sharpeye. If its a must you shoot mechanicals, the screens gotta come down. If the screens need to be up, I'd suggest some COC fixed blades and start broadhead tuning.

It will make your arrow to windmill like crazy. Not accurate and not safe. Open the windows and wear black and you'll be fine. Fix blades will also be affected but at close distance s you'll be fine. After 30yards they'll be less accurate. Good luck
