Kill Plots

    I put this in the food plot forums with little activity, hopefully it'll get more exposure here.

    I’m wanting to put in at least 4 small plots in the woods. Example would be 40 yards by 60 yards, should I stick with a no till mass produced product? What would you suggest I put in these wooded plots? Our bow season starts second week of September so I’d need to put something in early to mid august and ideally leave it alone.


    Below is the property we have, orange is the boundary, red circles are where we hunt and where I’ll be putting the plots. There’s nothing planted in any of the fields, and cows are being put on most of the open fields. There’s lots of ridges and old logging trails where I’m at.

    Go Nc hunter .I live in in union county myself . I use evolve harvest products one is a mixture of 7 different plants .clover . cow peas and other plant that will stay with you the whole season . the other is called throw and grow . can be used in tighter places where a tractor cant get in . the ground just needs to be racked clean . good luck .
