I called my son Friday to ask about his new home. He officially moved into his new home in Kirkland, Washington Friday. He said the movers had just left. I ask how his dog liked the new place and yard. He said the dog had not seen it... he was in the kennel. Of course I ask why that was. He said my wife and I decided to go to the Ravens/ Denver game at the last minute. He scrounged up some tickets as they were moving and left for Denver yesterday early morning. He called me at the end of the game and we discussed it. We both are Peyton fans but also Ravens fans having lived in Baltimore for 25 years. Am I the only one that finds it strange to move into a new house, leave all the boxes in the middle of the rooms and on a spur of the moment scalp some tickets to a game several states and hours away and take off. That's why I'm not a grandfather. LOL
