Have my two oldest, my 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son shooting a couple of times a week. Both of them are natural athletes but it took them some time to figure the whole bow shooting thing out. But they are loving it. My 2 year old baby girl stands behind me when I shoot them demands to help pull out the arrows from the target and carries my bow back for me over her shoulder. It is priceless.
