Feel for you CoveyMaster. I had my first one when I was 20. Started out feeling like I had to pee but nothing there. Pain followed to the point I thought I wanted to die. Follow that with the vomiting. Long story short mine are to hard to break up so if they don't pass they go in after them. I've been dealing with it for 25 years now. They tried changing my diet but just made me unhappy. Best is lots of water. I always get stones in winter when I don't feel thirsty so i slack on drinking water. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
Didn't have one, luckily. Since they usually consist mostly of calcium oxalate, the cause is presumably an prolonged overload of oxalate-rich foods. Vegetables (a reason to decline spinach, finally...), potatoes, cacoa, nuts & seeds like almonds, and - unfortunately - beer. There are other types of stones, which would indicate issues with other foods (phosphate/uric acid stones).
