In the last 3 weeks all 3 of my favorite hats have come up missing . Yes, my hats, not a subject to be taken lightly. I know it seems obvious that I've misplaced these hats and that this is entirely normal, but let me explain. My hats are kind of like my bows (for those of you that have kids, it's kind of like that) I go nowhere without them, they've been around for a really long time, and we've been through a lot of tough times together. The top most wanted was found last night in my friend's garage. He happened to mention that he had it when I went out to get one of my quivers that he had since our Colorado elk hunt. So, 1 down 2 to go!! I'll give you a brief rundown and photos (if possible) of each hat 1. Browning Oil Finish - Acquired in 2001 - Reward $50 FOUND He is perfectly shaped and has the interior panel reinforcing removed for more flexibility. He is my number one bird hunting hat as well as my ranch/drinkin/piggin/4-wheelin/lady killin hat and is greatly missed. 2. Texas Rangers Franchise - Acquired in mid 2000's - Reward $25 (Would be bigger if the Rangers were better) This hat has been perfectly shaped and molded for several years. It is the best fish catchin hat I have ever owned, he'll be greatly missed this spring as the Walleye and Crappie fishing begins to heat up. 3. Black Oak Tree Golf Course - Acquired in 2006 at the Senior PGA Championship Although a relatively new addition to the family, he's had his time on top. My favorite golf hat, complete with incredible sweat rings and slightly faded color.
Note: Hat #1 also has an amazing layer of dust, grime, and all around s*** on it. The Browning logo is barely legible. I think you shoulda lost those shoes instead of the Oak Tree hat:evil:
Yes, thank you helping clarify the physical features of hat #1. When you catch fish that big, you can talk about my dock shoes.:computer: Notice it's not on the top 3, in fact I will never put an OU hat in the top 3... it'll blow it!
Dub, have our plans changed? Are we bounty hunting for hats instead of hog hunting now? Nice moobs Dan. Check your zipper as well.
They actually are pants. Dirty ass work pants. I had a chance to get away from camp, so I blasted out fishing for a bit. At least you didn't comment on my killer tan. :hijack:
No I didn't.. but now that you mention it.. I really dig the watch tan you got going on.:d And don't try to one up me with this pants talk.. buddy. I know your game.
One up? That was last year. Now that I actually know you, its just as easy to two up you. Thats my new bag.
That did sound pretty faggish of me. I regress.... Carry on with your shorts/pants conversation with Dukester. P.S. Peakrutgish is not what I originally typed.....it was more like fraggish without the "r". :d That is LOVIN' hilarious.
I think that makes us double . However when you wear a hat like yours and shorts that aren't dirty (you forgot to tell them that was walleye slime) you're allowed to have moobs and a healthy mid-section. That depends on how much money you guys lose talking Don into doing stupid stuff on the way down. You know Pete?:d I had the opportunity to play at the Ball Park in Arlington (before it was Ameriquest Field) and it was probably one of my most memorable experiences. You are correct that the Insignia had little to do with the sentimental value for this hat. I still love Texas every year regardless of their record.
