    I live in Ky albeit the eastern part, not the best as far as deer goes in the extreme east. South Central through western end of the state much better for deer. Bonus for Ky is that we do have an elk draw every year with 90 percent of the tags going to in state hunters but I have never personally ever been drawn. Turkey is plentiful as well as predators such as coyotes. Fairly moderate weather most of the time. My mom lives in TN and a bonus there is that there is no personal income tax but there is a higher sales tax. Don't know much about the hunting opportunities for TN. Some big bucks as some have already said have came out of KY recently. Gun laws are fairly unrestrictive compared to NY and in rural areas they are actually welcomed for both TN and KY.
