Goodluck to all my bluegrass brothers, I won't be able to hunt until Monday but Tuesday is looking good and I'm going for broke on a spot I'm confident a big public land bruiser is bedding. Goodluck everyone! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
This Boone and Crockett coon is the biggest thing I've got on camera. I'm going to give it a sit tonight and see what happens. Sent from my XT1650 using Tapatalk
What camera is that? Photo id info looks like it's a big old moultrie that uses the 6 Dcell batteries. Great cameras that last! Sure don't make em like that anymore. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
It is an OLD Moultrie. I don't run a camera very often but this one has never given me an issue. I want to say its pushing 10 years old.
I've still got one of them too and they always worked good for me except the darn LCD screens go out where you can't read the display. I had 5 or 6 of them over the years and it happened to all of them. They said it was from exposure to direct sunlight but IDK.
If yall followed the live from the stand thread i shot my number one hit list buck yesterday. First archery buck and in full velvet super stoked! Good luck to the rest of ya. Now i have to just sit back and watch and shot old momma does! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Good luck all. I'm an Ohio guy but I'll be hunting my buddy's farm in Grayson County, Monday evening through Thursday morning!
Big time congrats on a great buck! There's been some good ones knocked down in KY already. I gotta get my but in gear and get out there this week when this cooler weather arrives. Congrats again Charles. Now you can sit back and relax and shank some old nanny goats.
Thats what im hoping i can do on the days i have time and the cool mornings or eves!! And i pry go to Mississippi again this year and hope i score on another buck or two
I hunted in Western KY this past weekend on my dad's farm. Seen a few small bucks that I let walk and shot a big doe. Problem was that I could not find her to save my life. It makes me sick to think that she died and went to waste. I searched for hours but to no avail. I hit her a little high cause she jumped the string. No pass through and no blood. I am thankful that I had the chance, but wish I could have closed the deal. Good luck to everyone this year! Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Yes it has, I was nervous he would shed his velvet before the weekend so when I saw how great the weather looked I called off to go hunt lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
