Hi everyone. I'm new here. Anyway, I use Rage 3-blade broadheads. The problem I have is putting them into a foam quiver and keeping them closed. They want to open as soon as i insert them into the quiver. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Hello and welcome. Use the search engine on this page and just look up rage tousands of post have been made. Most put a small rubber band around them however that isn't covered under rages money back gurantee. If it was me I take a knife to my foam and make them fit nice and snug but not to tight

I do not use the heads but the most common cure I've read about is putting tiny rubber bands around the heads.

    And welcome to the site.

that would work. or just dont put them into the foam a far. i just put the tip in. also if you have used the bh and are still using the same o-ring. the o-ring is now grooved so you might have to rotate it or get a new o-ring. as far as rubber bands go, the rage wasnt designed for that but if you do go that route dont get the normal rubber bands, get the pharmaceutical ones. they will break or comes off much better when you hit a deer.

Thanx everyone. I haven't used these heads yet. I used the 3-blade mini-max for many years, but cant hardly find them or replacement blades. Bought the rage at the end of the season last year. I have heard and read nothing but good about them. We'll see. I have been bowhunting and target shooting for about 35 years. The mini-max heads have been about the best I ever used. Hope the rage lives up to all the hype. Happy hunting everyone.
