Heartland Outdoors :: Tim's Big Game Blog :: Big Kansas archery typical Suprised they are not in the 200" category in Kansas.
That's a dandy of a buck. Unfortunately I believe it will lose more then a 1/4 of a inch during the drying process.
That is an awesome buck for sure! Kansas getting a couple at the top this year. Check this one out: New Kansas State Record Whitetail Tops 300 Inches - North American Whitetail New state record NT, possible #3 ever. Unfortunately, EHD got him.
Lol no offence but in that first picture the hunter is a little creepy lol smile and eyes a little on the pedephile side lol
Its hard to believe that with all the big bucks that you see come out of kansas that they aren't over 200" yet
I find it hard that no one has "ever" arrowed a typical over 200" in Kansas. The 180" that tacklebox is passing is within 10" or so of a state record. He might shoot now.
Maybe next year he will be the record lol FTR there has been a 200"+ typical killed, however it was poached.... KS top bucks.... Firearms typical 198 2/8 non typ 280 4/8 Archery typical 193 7/8 non typ 267 7/8
I lied... just checked, the poached 200+ was a typ muley scoring 207 The next runner up that was also poached for white tail typ was 198 7/8 soooo close lol
