Ended up taking the meat, throwing it in the WOK with some oil, strips of red, green, yellow, orange bell peppers, strips of onions, and some sliced jalapeños. Took some tortillas warmed them up, had some refried, and guac and salsa. Was very good. The in-laws loved it, and so did the wife. Venisen Fajitas. Didn't have time for another pic. Sorry Buds
I like the teaser threads but this was a disaster. The worst part is this could have been a good one if executed properly and you started off with the meat showed it cooking, served on a plate and finally the deer you shot.
Ill send some life back into this.....backstrap marinated over night in golden ceaser dressing cooked nice and slow on the grill....when almost done topped with fresh shredded parm and real bacon bits.....melt in your mouth delicious Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2
