    That is all a matter of opinion man. Some would say no and some say yes, it's mostly personal prefrence IMHO. Is this the first you have seen of him or do you have a history with him?

    Not a shooter, from my experience if you have to think about it give him a pass, you'll be disappointed. When you find a shooter you'll have no doubt.
