I just talked to my uncle and has lined us up some hunting property in Illinois this year, my uncle hunted there last year and saw some awesome bucks but none close enough for a shot, one of our buddies did manage to kill a 146 of the property last year so it holds some big bucks! Its 250 acres im not sure what counties it is in but I know I cannot wait, were flying out ( my uncle owns a small charter plane service ) the first weekend in September to hang tree stands and do some scouting, And then we are flying back out one or two weekends in November to hunt!! I have never been more excited now I am just counting down the days till September.
Very cool! We just scored a farm to hunt Turkeys on, very close to home and lots of birds on it! Today was a good day!
