I just got busted by a buck when I tried to draw. Should I move my stand or just leave it? He knows where I am now .

That is up to you. I hunt a ground that I dont have much option to do that because it is only a pass through area but I will say this. I missed a very nice 12 pointer one year and when he did come back he walked about 60 yards around "Half Circle" by getting off the trail then back on once he passed out in the field. If you can move it dont move it far just move it to where you have the same shots that you do know on that area. Good luck and it will all turn out.

It depends on how much you believe in your spot and if this is the only buck you want to hunt?

I have a couple stands that I wouldn't worry about one buck busting me since I know there will be other bucks coming by using the same trail.

But if you heart is set on this buck in particular...then yeah you probably need to move to a different location
