Just curious... who's doing this contest for the first time and NOT HNI's?

Until Motown, Antler Eater, WakeCow, Fieldmouse, BPbowhunter, TeeJay, WV Hunter and a few others move over here... I'll be in both. They are too great of guys to leave.

Also Rob runs a smooth contest and puts quite a bit of effort into it. That has it merits too.

Gotta see how long the Dark Horses can keep it together.

first time ever being in any kind of bowhunting contest, besides our FFA big buck contest at school.

never even been on the other site.

 

I am in both. People from there kept referring me to this site so I had to come check it out haha. I do notice that there are alot of new people there, but werent we all newbies once ?? :p Someones gotta keep them in line!

 

Popping my cherry right here never even been to another site I am a one woman one weapon one forum kind of guy.

 

I'm in both but i'm not sure why I did since I don't spend any time over there anymore?

 

I'm on my 3rd year in the HNI contest and my first year on BH.com contest. We'll see how it goes over there. In the past, the contest has been notorious for a bunch of people signing up and then we never hear from them during the whole season.

The participation is way down over there. I think this year's contest is going to struggle. I look forward to the season here on BH.com.

 

For a few years I did a bunch of contests. But to be a good team member besides points you need to be on the thread with updates,chatting, Rally the Team,etc. It got to be a bit much. So since I have talked to most of you guys the longest Im just doing the contest here. But I do stop in to HNI from time to time.

Only here. I am new to the internet hunting circle, this is the first hunting forum I have ever participated in.

 

I'm in both, I missed the boat last year so this year I entered both.

But, I find myself on here more so then over there.

I am still on over at HNI.

I don't get to spend as much time on the boards as I used too - hardly at all. I pop into both when I can, and I missed the signup here by a couple days. I still enjoy HNI...don't post too much anymore, and haven't posted much here either. I guess I'm a lurker now, LOL

This is my first time entering an online contest and i thought here looked pretty good and a nice community.

 

I'm in both. Although I like this site much better I still visit HNI but don't stay on long. Actually I don't post much anymore anywhere. I am probably a little different than most of you in that I have not met hardly anyone here because for various reasons I have not been to any getogethers, only two state deer classics in the last 10 years, have not scheduled any hunts with other members or never have called any members or have them call me. I don't even talk much to anyone locally anymore that hunts other than a couple friends. Call me a loner I suppose.

 

Hey Greg, you know the offer's always been open for us to get together and share a hunt or two someday... one of these years we'll make it happen!
