    I picked one up the other day and I loved the way it felt. I have a bear now, and I think I would get another one whenever I decide to get a new one. Congrats!

    congrats I just made my first bow buy to an its a Bear but I went with the Apprentice 3 and hear nothing but good things about the bear brand.

    Congrats.. i got my first compound in december.. if you dont like having money. check out all the great sights, and rests, and everything else under the sun. and trust me. once you start buying after market stuff. it never ends. hahaha the sight i want now cost almost as much as my bow.

    Congratz and welcome to the addiction (86 days till archer season) My suggestion to you is go to the resources tab on this site to archery basics and read up about shooting form, grip, sighting in your bow and all the basics.. right now is the time to learn good form and proper shooting instead of doing what I did and develop bad habbits 1st and then try to break them.
