Just because you wear a harness...

does NOT make you invincible.

This gentleman and a member of his crew hunts on the same 500 acre piece of private property as me.

I am a HUGE believer in wearing a harness while in a tree stand but stories like this show that even when wearing a harness continue to use extreme caution.

What part of his equipment failed?

 

I'm not sure. I just found out about this tonight and don't know the details yet. I will also add that this did not happen on the property we share.
