My bosses approached me this morning and extended a job promotion, I think as a way to keep me in the department. I'm really excited they told me that they are confident that I'd have no problem adapting to the new scope. Been s long roller since I had a boss say something liked that to . Definitely helped me get out of the rut that I felt like I was in. Just thought I'd share in some of my excitement

Excited for you... just don't get too excited... you'll start sounding like Tim Tebow.

Hope it works out for you.

I'd move into a scheduler role for our maintenance department. After talking to the general supervisor, it looks like I'll be in that role after the beginning of the year. And what's this sound like Tim Tebow stuff?
