Camping simply took millions of dollars from gullible people. I believe judgment day will come and it may even occur in our lifetime. But my belief is that nobody but the father knows when judgment day will really occur. No matter what your belief is on god is..... how Camping's whole prediction occurred with their group asking for money was pretty transparent. Oh and by the way Camping appears to be 0-2 on his predictions.
One thing about it. This has made me look at my life and think I should be ready anytime. All the time. I do believe that Jesus Christ will come back. And do believe his is God's Son, who raised from the dead. I am not worthy of Heaven, but pray that the blood of Jesus Christ is strong enough to cover my sins. And pray he will not turn his back and say, "I don't know you". I think Camping is out there. I have no idea why he lead so many down this road. But there were folks who couldn't handle the pressure so much they "supposally" commited suicide. But Christ Himself said, "noone knows the date". But with that said, there were many clues given.
I'm 67 years old. I figure that somewhere between 20 and 50 nutcases have predicted the end of man in my lifetime. Man may cause it or nature. We'll see, OH, wait.... "WE" may not see. The most plausible deal is probably a giant asteroid or something. Oh a few dozen nukes could have a similar effect. That said, I predict the world isn't going to end today. In fact, I guarantee it. If I'm wrong and the world ends today.... I'll post an apology tomorrow on "Bowhunting.com". BUT.... I did feel a movement this morning like no other. Not sure if it was a quake...... or the beans and weenies I ate yesterday.
Congrads on the movement David. I heard at that age, things like your movement are little victories in life. I myself am not looking forward to decreptitude.
Goodness, now this cat is sayin, he sees his mistake. Now, the story is Oct 21, the earth will be raptured and judged, and destroyed. He says May 21 was just the judgement day, and now we are all condemned to one or the other. I find zero, I mean zero biblical scripture that supports this. I mean, when is enough enough and a person can admit, that he does not know?
I just wonder how many of his "followers" are going to fall for the new date. I bet there will be a few.

According to camping, now there is nothing a person can do to get salvation. We were all judged on May 21. Nowhere in the new or old testiment even suggests this.
Well damn...I'm doomed. Since I thought it was my last day on earth I was out buying hookers and doing hard drugs and having a jolly good time. At least ill get a couple weeks of bowhunting in before the world vaporizes on Oct 21st..
Just what we need in the world!! Another "christian" (and I use that term very loosely) leading people astray from what the bible says!! Their called false prophets and the bible describes them as wolves in sheep's clothing. Just like the bible says we are not suppose to know the date not even the angels or Jesus Himself knows the date only the Father. How arrogant of these people to try to pinpoint a date. Its like hes saying that "I'm a better christian than you because I get more info from God than you" BS!! God purposely left some things to the imagination for us humans and we should respect that! And then instead of just admitting he was wrong and not God he has to go on and make up another date so that he doesn't look like an idiot which makes him look more like an idiot.
I took all of my money out of my savings and checking accounts and put the money on 21 black and the dealer told me he could not take my money because there was a $50.00 min bet.
