    I hope!

    Been busy changing a rack and pinion in my Honda Odyssey. I must have to say I am glad its over!! But sometimes saving money doesn't feel so good!!! I am beat!!! The only good thing about saving as much money as I did, it gives you a lot more money for toys archery toys that is!!

    It usually ends up costing me more if I do it myself.:rolleyes:

    $250 for a rack and pinion and power steering pump I installed. For them $1200 to $1400 without a pump

    I'm with 'ya Hutch... put in a tranny once and it took me almost a week.
    Sure did save money though - and YOU SAVED A TON :tu:

    It was a big job but I have the tools and air so it went well just long. I now need to have it aligned and its complete

    I saved money once and changed a head gasket on a Jeep, then forgot to replace the coolant. That engine was cherry red... just before it locked up.:cry:

    It was a piece of junk old jeep but I was able to sell it. It was a good lesson that I never forgot.
