I hear ya, I am glad I have hunting still to do to keep me preoccupied from the inevitable December demise of Dallas.

Dude, yea I know... havn't had a winning record, blah blah blah,, but to say that they "suck" because of one game this season? Dallas should have won that game and if it wasn't for fluke plays like the punt return and Jacobs freakish run... everybody would be praising the Cowboys and Tony Romo for having nearly 400 passing yards, 2 TD's and 0 INT's in that game.

Cowboys aren't a "great" team but they are far from bad too. I don't see them making the playoffs this year, but I will give that more to a incredibly tough schedule in December than them sucking.

I am so sick and tired of hearing everybody have a fit any time the Cowboys loose a game. Call me crazy but I don't have SuperBowl expectations every single year for "my" Boy's (I would love to see it but I know better).... The Cowboys are tied in the division with the Eagles (who a ton of NFL analyists picked to win the SB this year) and they are having a better season than the defending champions... Steelers, as well as the Patriots, Ravens, Titans, ect. Should Steelers fans start calling for Tomlin to be fired? How bout Patriot fans... should Mr. Hoodie and Tom Brady be shipped out?

Yeah but a playoff win a decade isn't too much to ask for...

Irrelevant. Steelers suck this year as well as the Pats, Ravens and Titans. Why compare them to a team that won the superbowl LAST year or teams that have had success in the PAST. Who are they THIS year?

Maybe. It's a tough business. Again... it's not about the past. What have you done for me lately. The pats problem is their swiss cheese defense not Brady. Mr. Hoodie? Who knows? Stranger things have happened.

Not one game this season. A lot of games in December in a lot of seasons.

    NY,

I understand your frustration, trust me, but I refuse to rip the team for what they have done in the past. Its pretty obvious that this is a completely different team than the 05,06,07, and 08 Boys. I had low expectations coming into the season and have been impressed by what I have witnessed them do. They lost a future H.O.F. wide-reciever, some key defensive lineman in Chris Canty and Greg Ellis, not to mention getting rid of Tank Johnson, PacMan Jones, and Roy Williams. The new "#1 reciever" showed me enough last season to know that I would have no faith in him this season.

I have heard people call for Romo's head already and I just don't get it. He has atleast put the team in the hunt for the playoffs every season, and while some of the blame for the failure rests on his shoulders, I would rather have a guy who gives me a chance than a new guy who has no chance. Sundays game was a perfect example... I heard "Romo can't get the Boys to a good start in Dec." He performed great and gave the team a chance, he had no part Barbers fumble, he wasn't on the field for the punt return, and he wasn't playing cornerback when Jacobs busted off that run.

If anybody needs to go in Dallas, it is Jason Garrett. I have no idea what the guy is smoking, but Dallas has had their best success when they run the ball... so why did Romo have 55 pass attempts on Sunday? His play calling has been terrible all season and some of the best plays have come when the called play would break down and Romo would improvise. His first season as OC was impressive, but defense's have made adjustments and the key player in it (T.O) is gone... he needs to realize that the same thing isn't going to work and he needs to make some serious adjustments if the boys want a chance to actually compete in the post season.

How do y'all always manage to turn a Cowboy thread into a Fudge Packer thread:eek::D

Any guesses on the outcome of this weekends game?

    Cowboys vs Chargers

The annalists are saying that if the Boys lose to the Charges then Wade Phillips is done.....

I hope the Boys can pull it off but I wouldn't mind seeing Phillips gone either
