It's been another odd year.

    I started bow hunting in 2002 and it seems that I can't get a buck on even years. I've shot four bucks and they've all been taken on odd years. It's not that I haven't had the opportunities on even years, I just can't close the deal. You would think that after 8 years something would give. Has this happened to anybody else or any other noticeable patterns in your hunting? I'm hoping to break the curse next year.

    I have a similair problem.I can only kill bucks in years that end in 08.

    My brother had a similar problem for a 9 or 10 year span... it ended with two wall hangers in two years! Keep at it!
