    Awesome! I just passed the one year mark as a homeowner, and love it. It keeps you busy, but I love doing work around the place (I know...weird, huh?). Congrats on making a great financial decision.

    Congrats. Ownership is way better than paying rent. At least you will be building equity for yourself not the landlord. Great tax breaks too.
