    making jerky. Thunder storms here all day,:bash: so since I'm stuck inside I thought I'd put some of my harvest to use. Got out 5lbs of ground venison and made a batch of jerky. Got it drying in the dehidrator right now, the whole house smells wonderful.

    We just made a 25lb. batch and then another 12lbs. or so with a different recipe. Extra crushed pepper!! Nothing beats that Jerky Gun

    Alright,,, John boy im skipping the UFC fight night party tonight, and breaking out my mapquest directions to your house again that i still have :d Ill be over in 4 hours, bring on the jerky :cool:

    That's about when I'll be headed to bed so I can get up and hunt in the morning.:d

    Come on along, you can hunt for arrowheads, this rain should have washed a few out.
