    So do I, different winds for different locations...The wind where I hunt determines when, where and how mature bucks will bed and travel. (its the same everywhere, lol)
    Thats right...ROCK ON!!!! LOL!!!!

    Down here....temp's, weather fronts and moon phase may dictate activity, but the rut has been the same for the past 30 years....I would count on it being the same this year also.

    I'm having an exercisism done at my stand after the opening day and all the noice I made after shooting my deer and dragging it out with my buddy. Plus I'm on-call for two weeks, and can't hunt for this either. I'm glad for this because it will keep my stand area clean for 2 weeks. I'll be back up there on the 22nd.

    And the phils got lucky last night, but not so much tonight.. Funny thing is I hate Baseball, but these games are fun to watch.

    Nothing tonight either. So far, I haven't been in the same stand twice.

    That stand looks better for a NW wind. Also, I would look at that deep cut above it. Probably a more true wind there. Just my thoughts without seeing it first hand.
