Italian court convicts 7 scientists for failing to predict earthquake that killed 308 people.

I think this goes under truth is stranger than fiction. WTH
Can you believe the need for Italy to blame SOMEONE is so powerful that they are giving scientist jail time for not knowing or predicting this earthquake? Where are they taking the blame game?
