I had to chuckle to myself today.. I am out here late season bowhunting with TJF this week and he and I can't keep our eyes off the GROUND..! He may not admit it but I've been watching him as we go to and from.. he darned near drove off the road today too.. He says it was looking for deer, I dont buy it.. he was shed hunting from behind the wheel..its worse than texting and driving! I myself keep catching myself scanning the ND ground.. just incase Tim may have missed one from last year...
I know I am ready since my bow season has not been that great! Last year 6 deer down and so far this year 2 does! I wish I had more and have a few more days left so we will see but I am doing the same thing now. I know my 10 year old daughter is asking about shed hunting already too. I cant wait to get out there with her.
