So I have already emailed support but wanted to know if anyone else ran into this problem yet. I have only had the cam for a couple months and when I went to swap sd cards I could not get it to switch to the setup mode. I can still turn it on and it will take pictures but I dont get any reading on the inside to adjust the settings. Maybe the inside screen died or something. Put in new batteries and clean sd card and still wont work. I will just keep running it as is for now. Anyone else's cam turn on but wont go into setup mode? Thanks

I had a red 40 that was like that. Just emailed them about the problem and I had a new red 40 within a week or so.

Yep, sounds like it's went south and time to call Covert.

I'm sure they'll take care of it but it really bites to have a camera out of commission at this time of year.

No haven't got it yet, they'll send you a reference number though and tell ya to mail it to them (Covert) and should jus send ya a new one. I had to do it couple months ago with a mp6, took maybe a week or so all together.
