    For a groom to pick the first dance song? Feels a bit backwards, but I found a song, let her listen to it, and yeah, I think it very well could be the first dance song for our wedding. And to think, I didn't even want to help plan this thing:d

    Well I'm pretty incompetent with this whole wedding planning stuff, so this may have been a bad idea. If I have one success, she may want my help more often:D

    haha no not completely. I introduced my fiancee to our song but we both decided on using it. My best advice for the planning is to make as many cake testing appointments as possible, they all give you free cupcakes. Good luck.

    Not weird at all.
    You should help pick out the cake topper.
    I let my wife decide everything about our wedding except three things.The tuxes, the song we walked into "Voodoo Child" by Jimi Hendrix, and the cake topper. Everyone got a kick out of the topper.
