I would say yes. His front right leg is in-line with a small branch in the fore-ground of the pond in both pics.

Yes. His rear leg and tail are in the exact same spot in both pics. He has alot of potential Greg.

Going by foot placement, among other things, it appears to be the same buck. However, when blowing up their head gear they look different........ no?

    Wishful thinking, right?

I'd say its most definitely the same buck. There's only a minutes difference between pics. Is he a shooter for you?

Not wishful thinking. I count more points on one than the other.

Is that coming out of a seep Greg? If so, that looks to be a dynamite spot if it is in the right spot.

And... BEST of luck to you this year.

So...the answer is no then, I guess. :) I'm still saying its the same deer. Pics are one minute apart, and "both" deer are standing in the same exact spot maybe in the same tracks? That would be one heck of a coincidence. Either way, good luck. I'm sure you'll get a shot at him.

I can almost see the lighting where one "might" think one has more points than the other... but It's pretty obvious they are the same deer....

Where are you getting 10 points?... I'm not even sure if that deer has brow tines.... One heck of a shooter in my book though...
