I salute you for having a good enough relationship with your neighbors to allow this! I know there's a lot of guys out there that would say absolutely no way, and you can't blame them for that. Are you absolutely sure he gut shot a deer? Did he show you the arrow? It sound like a good way to run all the deer off of your property so they have an more opportunities at all the deer that have been living on yours. Just sayin!
