I would think it's very possible, they'll be dropping here for another week but that should be about the end of it. Which means all of my trail cams are getting ready for a good soak! Love running cams to get fawn pics!
Very possible she was a late bread doe. The bucks are always willing, just a matter of finding a doe that's ready.
Still pregnant...heck I've got several on camera that are and only 1 fawn pic on 6/8. It couldnt have been hours old.
Yep, looks like a doe that was bred in the second rut. I think I read somewhere that around 1/4 of does are bred in the second rut.
She could be but I had a doe like that once but she never dropped. I saw her late September and she still looked like like I just assumed she aborted and and her body didn't adsorb them.
As of a week ago when I last checked cams, I still had more prego does than fawns. Hopefully I'll have a few spare hours to check cams and get some fawn pics to aww Lauren with haha

I had a doe that looked like that she did not have fawns for 2 years. She was huge and fat and was the herd bully and head of security. I took her out with a bonus tag, she had a layer of fat on her like none I have seen on a deer.
It'll be interesting to see if she does have a fawn soon/already. Any way to identify her in later pictures other then that belly?
