    I'm all for letting bucks walk... Hard to manage a herd if you don't have a lot of property or have neighbors willing to work with you. Once they hit 3.5yrs old I'm letting that arrow fly. Especially on a deer like that.

    You must have some really good Antler steak recipes down in the States,
    because all that seems to matter when you talk hunting is the size of the antlers and how much they would score...

    All I care when I go hunting is how much meat I will get in the freezer and how good it will be.
    A huge rack is nice once to have mounted on the wall, rest is just for show.

    My thoughts... ;o)

    that's why I'm always amazed at all the fuss around antler scores.

    Ya I know what you're saying but here in western mass we don't have the luxury of seeing deer like that. If you don't have the pressure from other hunters then yes let it get bigger.
