Is there any situation where a "minor" should be held accountable?

    I agree ... obviously it would have to be on a case by case basis as to the punishment, but I do believe that they should be charged as adults ....

    No really good answer to this. I guess the best we can do is a case by case basis and leave it to the courts to decide. I still believe that a young minor is incapable of rationale thinking and understanding consequences like an adult can.

    By the way, what happened to the original thread about the 15 year old girl? Its gone. I took my son out to shoot a doe, and when we got back it and any history of it was gone.

    Good catch. I was wondering why the link on Blackberry was not working. Did they remove it because this thread is too close of a subject?

    It was removed because a couple members took it too far and started calling each other names.

    Maybe they were juveniles and we shouldnt hold them accountable? lol
