A friend of mine from Indiana showed me an app on his i-phone (eGIS Mobile) that shows property boundaries with landowner name and contact info. This has me asking...is there something similar for PA? This could be really helpful when looking for new properties. I actually have a Samsung-based phone instead of i-phone...if that matters.
