Is Oregon the anti-New York?

So New York is dropping new gun laws and a county in Oregon refuses to enforce new gun laws that they think are unconstitutional.

I think this will become more and more common over the next few years. Even before all of the recent shootings an IL prosecutor has said he won't prosecute what he sees as unconstitutional.

I like the comparison of not enforcing federal gun control laws to being directed not to enforce federal immigration laws.
