Just got it 2 months ago, and lately I've noticed my clothes haven't been smelling much like ozone after 30 mins. Tonight I turned it on and stood by it for awhile. when I first got it i remembered hearing a "humming " noise when I turned it on, and now I don't hear that. I'm wondering if it's no longer producing much ozone, or is everyone else's quiet when turned on?
Mine hums too. It's the pump pulling in air converting to ozone and pumping down tube. Can you feel anything coming out of the tube?
If you're not hearing the hum it sounds like the ozone generator isn't working. Both my bag and tote are very noticeable when the machine is on. They pump out a lot of ozone.
