Is it ok to drill?

    I was thinking about taking my longbow to a bowyer to have the riser drilled so I could install my insane archery camera mount.. can you drill on a laminated bow? Or is this not a good idea?

    Wouldn't the bowyer be better equipped to answer that?

    I wouldn't drill a trad bow. Unless it came with a stabilizer insert I'd leave it alone. But that's just me. I don't think it would hurt the bow, physically. It might diminish its overall value.

    Just my personal thoughts but I wouldn't do it to my bow!
