Whats the Biblical saying give a man a fish you feed him for a day---teach the man to fish you feed him for a lifetime or-- something as such----Volunteers come in totally revamp and change the area, It more than likely will slide back to its current state---teach them how to pull up there boots and get to work instead of begging big govt to take care of them

Truth. But when America is Great again, certainly Flint will be too, right? I think it was covered before but there are bigger issues... Education plays a big role, As does opportunity, hope, initiative, integrity and many many other factors.
