    Maybe a fence, she has marks on both sides like she got them ducking under one...do you guys have any in the area? Just a thought, could be a broadhead as well.

    maybe just a fence, i see a lot of deer with hair missing in this area, some are jumpers and some are skimmers.. great pic , does the flash spook the deer?

    They do crawl under a fence when they enter this field, but it looks to me that there is a quartering angle to her scar.

    The flash does'nt seem to bother them at all. I've gotten close to a 1000 pics off of this setup.

    That's similar to this mark that was on my buck. I believe yours was a missed shot as well.
