    They say the heat index should be around 106 today in the St. Louis area. Seemed like a good day for deer chili to me.

    Yeah, I like my chilly to be cooler than the outside temps. Its to dang hot for me for a good spicy chilly.

    Never to hot for chili . Just finished making a big pot of venison soup and was thinking that next time it will be chili !

    Couple more packs to go and then I'm hurting. Worked out just about perfect this year.

    Heat index could be 150 and I'd still crave and eat deer chilli whenever possible

    to hot for me......Venison Chili is outstanding but that makes hunting season and the colder months that much more enjoyable waiting for it.

    93 here in south western Indiana today and when I get home from work this Deer sausage chili should be ready to go!
