Hank gets all they attention, but Butch seems to take players to the next level IMO. I have been watching the Haney projects, I wonder if Butch could do a better job.
We've probably never heard of the BEST golf coach. LOL Depends on who you are and what you do and what you want. Probably the best golf coach for a pro is from within... and one of the big guys for guidance and an educated eye.
Depends on the relationship with player/coach IMO. Some players relate to some coaches better than others. Talk the same lingo, same philosophy etc.....Years ago I went to a coach that was supposed to be the greatest golf God coach in the universe. Knew the entire physics of every position in the golf swing. I spent about 3 days with him and just didn't get it. He may very well know everything there is to know, but sure the heck couldn't relate it to my lingo or golf game. I don't think one is that much "better" than the other. That being said, it seemed to me like Tiger used to work better with Butch than he does Hank, but what do I know. Some really really really strange swing flaws to be taking to the Masters. Hard to believe he couldn't find a way to iron it out during his round.
Yeah even this months Golf Digest agrees with your Gary. Maybe he just played better when he was getting laid....you know Elin ain't giving any up!
