    Counting down the days. Took September 6th off to make sure everything is ready and I get plenty of sleep this year!

    Idk what is going on with Vermont this year, we don't start till oct, 5th. And it ends the 22nd I believe.. We have always had the entire month for bow then a week off followed by 2 weeks of rifle, a week off then a week of smoke pole...

    Wow such a short season. I didn't know it was so short in Vermont. Ontario bow season is October 1 - December 31. Just one week in November is no bow to make room for the orange army.

    I just hope it's not a 100 degrees here in Kentucky the first of bow season! It's been a pretty good summer so far, hope it stays that way!

    40 days till bear season and 54 till deer season. Going crazy waiting. Shooting at the 3D target and checking trail cams probably just makes it worse. Wish we had hogs around here to hunt in the off season!

    I love the hunt, now I love it all. I breathe in trail camera photos, food plots, hanging stands, etc. just as I do the hunt.
