    Just picked up my 2013 Archery hunting license for Indiana and picked up my Kentucky license last week. Im just going nuts counting down the days till opening day. Kentucky opens up sept-7 and Indiana Oct-1. I feel like a kid before christmas, Cant wait to get the first kill with my new creed.

    good for you being able to get out in SEPT! That's awesome,,,gotta wait til October here. Which I can hardly stand to do.

    Yup October 1 up north of the border. But at least September 1 we get black bear so it helps with that itch.

    Lucky with the black bear tag. I got the only one Ive ever shot in my mancave lol.

    Nice. In Ontario we can buy up to 3 tags in most areas. And quite honestly if your just looking to fill the freezer in most areas you can fill those in a weekend. Crazy the number of bears we have.

    I cant wait myself , October 1st seems so far away! I`m really excited for the first week of November, gonna head to the Midwest for a week or 2 of rut action

    That is crazy, a few years ago I had a non resident Michigan licence and it was only like 50 dollars for a bear tag. wouldnt you know it the only thing i saw all weekend was the black bear.

    Ya it's nice it gets that itch out of you. Then you can really focus and be patient for a big buck after. Bears we don't pass up much were basically freezer hunting. Then deer hunting comes and it's all about waiting for the mature buck.

    I can't wait, October 1st here in the mitten state but lucky for me I get to go out for youth season on September 21st and 22nd which relieves the itch a little sooner. This is my last year for that though, 16 is the limit. We are trying a lot of new things this year so I am super pumped to see how this season plays out.
