Every year, fall brings the good stuff. Hunting, football, basketball...cool weather. The list goes on and on....

For the last 3 years my favorite fall competition has NOT been the bowhunting contests..its been Fantasy Football; (Maybe not entirely true :D).

Is anybody else as obsessed as me? I know we have a league here on BH.com that i obviously going to dominate :D

    My resume' goes as follows:

Besides my rookie season and the fluke 7th place finish in one league in 2007, i have never finished out of the top 3....and i would have had two 1st place finishes if Brandon Marshall would not have dropped a touchdown on the last play of the 08' season (remember my HNI thread on the matter )

So whats it going to be boys, you gonna challenge me this year or should i pencil in another trophy in my Yahoo trophycase :D

I've never gotten into it but I've been wanting to give it a shot. Maybe I'll try it this year.

I have no problem with people that play FF but I don't think I will ever take part. My reasoning is that too many people I know lose the team aspect of the game. Instead all they are worried about is padding their stats in FF.

Example. My friend and I are sitting there watching a game. They show highlights of the Vikings vs "I can remember". He starts cheering because A. Peterson scored a touchdown which gave the them the win. Which of course helped his stats.

I looked at him and asked, "Have you lost your F-ing mind? You’re cheering for the Vikings". He looked at me and just shook his head knowing he has sold his soul to FF.

This was a man who previously would throw up in his mouth and the sight of the Vikings before FF.

I give you all the credit in the world if you choose players based on your team likes/dislikes. Most people I know just take best available. Nice work! ;)
