Let me be frank, it's stupid

 

There's no way this wasn't intentional on someone's part. Not saying on Obama's administration, but maybe some guy at the telephone company that it would be funny. Wouldn't you think someone in the administration of Obama care would have reviewed the number? I would have expected that they would have requested a specific number that would be easy to remember. Even my company's customer service line spells something out intentionally specific.
